Worship

Exalting God’s Name

“…worship the LORD your God, and Him only shall you serve.” Matt. 4:10

At the core of all we do is having a heart of worship – bringing glory to God. Without this heart, our activities are nothing more than meaningless religious ritual.

“… you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.” Eph. 2:19
“… let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity…” Heb. 4:12
“Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them…” (Rom. 12:6)
“… how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard…” (Rom 10:14)

Connect

Embracing God’s Family

Spiritual maturity is an individual journey which best takes place in the context of community. Connecting with other members of God’s family for encouragement and accountability is essential for a successful Christian walk. For this reason, we provide various “Connection Points” designed to help us take the next step in connecting with God’s family.

Grow

Strengthening God’s People

Spiritual maturity is a process that includes continued growth in our understanding of God’s truths, our belief in God’s plan, and our obedience to God’s commands. The teaching at PCBC, whether from the pulpit or in various classes, is always designed to impact our head, heart, and hands.

Serve

Stewarding God’s Gifts

God has given each of us specific gifts in the form of time, talents, and treasure which He expects us to steward for the benefit of the church body. We encourage every member of PCBC to use his or her gifts to serve GOD in the church.

Share

Telling God’s Story

God’s true story of Creation, Fall, Rescue, and Restoration is the greatest story ever told. At the heart of that story is the good news of Jesus – His life, death, and resurrection. It is our responsibility to verbally share this great story both individually and corporately.
